Kristin Borden, founder and publisher of Palos Verdes Magazine, has spent over 15 years documenting the people, places, and stories that define life on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and beyond through both print and digital platforms.
Ellie Brisbin, influencer and founder of South Bay People, along with several other South Bay–focused Instagram pages and Facebook communities, has built a strong digital presence highlighting the individuals, personalities, and places that shape life across the region.
Together, they have cultivated a combined organic South Bay audience of over 160,000, continuing to grow daily. Recognizing an opportunity to create something greater, they set out to build a unified platform that reintroduces the South Bay as a vital part of Los Angeles.
